This flooring / home improvement client came to me (Brianne) shortly after launching their business. They had never run Facebook ads before and wanted Runaway Digital to devise a funnel and Facebook ad strategy. Their product was somewhat groundbreaking, and boasted a very high AOV (average order value).

Due to the high cost of their product, we took a two-pronged approach to the ad strategy:

Prospecting & Retargeting

To get users into the funnel, we began with a prospecting campaign targeted at cold audiences. The initial campaign introduced the brand to potential audiences to drive awareness (using the PPE objective), then worked in an initial offer / easy “sell” to segment and identify quality traffic. The website conversion campaign, Selling samples for half-off and offering free shipping, ran parallel to the PPE campaign and got interested users into the funnel.

From there, we retargeted for the larger (full price) purchase.
